Cookie policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a website keeps on your device. We use very few, and the banner at the bottom of the screen lets you decide which ones may run. Only the first category is always on. The other two stay off until you turn them on, and Reject all is as easy to press as Accept all.
The three categories
| Category | What it does | Stored as | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Remembers your cookie choice | local storage key casiny_nz_consent_v1 | until you clear it |
| Analytics | Counts visits and popular sections in aggregate | first-party cookie, only after consent | up to 13 months |
| Marketing | Measures which campaigns bring visitors | first-party cookie, only after consent | up to 90 days |
What happens before you choose
Until you press a button, only the essential category runs, and it stores nothing but your eventual choice. No analytics or marketing code loads in the meantime.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. The banner reopens with your current choice, and you can switch categories on or off and save again. Clearing site data in your browser resets everything, and the banner will greet you again on your next visit.
What we do not use
There are no third-party advertising networks on this site, no social media trackers and no device fingerprinting. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so reading a page does not tell another company that you visited.
Clearing stored data in your browser
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Delete browsing data. Choose "Cookies and other site data".
- Safari on iPhone: Settings, then Safari, then Clear History and Website Data, or Advanced, then Website Data to remove one site.
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Manage Data, where you can search for a single site.
- Edge: Settings, then Privacy, search, and services, then Choose what to clear.
Blocking all storage also blocks the essential category, so the banner will ask again on every visit. That is the only side effect; every page still works.
Browser signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to keep marketing off.
Casiny's own cookies
Once you follow a link to the casino, Casiny sets its own cookies under its own policy, which you can read on the casino site.
